You will handle daily operational tasks, resolve customer inquiries efficiently, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction. Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/D3/S1 qualification from any discipline
- 1+ years experience in customer service or sales roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet targets
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Knowledge of banking products is advantageous
- Willingness to work flexible shifts if required
