Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner to enhance their shopping experience.
- Actively promote store products, explain features, and provide expert recommendations to drive sales targets.
- Manage the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organize displays, and ensure products are well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Handle inventory management, including receiving shipments and conducting regular stock takes.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales goals.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Basic proficiency in operating POS systems and general computer literacy.
- Strong communication skills in Malay, English, or Mandarin (a plus).
- Hardworking, energetic, and possess a positive 'can-do' attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Previous retail or promotion experience is highly preferred, though entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a focus on customer-centric service.
