Tanggung Jawab
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for consumer products
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail clients
- Conduct product demonstrations and promotional activities
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Prepare sales reports and performance analytics
- Coordinate with marketing team on promotional campaigns
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through after-sales support
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (D3/S1 preferred)
- 1-2 years of sales experience in retail/consumer products
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
- Valid SIM C with own vehicle (advantageous)
- Ability to work flexible retail hours
