Tanggung Jawab
- Drive the sales growth of FUJIFILM's Endoscopy Disposables, Towers, and Accessories portfolio within the assigned territory of Metro Manila.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize market share and revenue in key hospitals and surgical centers.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), surgeons, gastroenterologists, and hospital procurement teams.
- Conduct product presentations, clinical in-services, and hands-on training sessions for end-users to ensure product proficiency and adoption.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing, including tender submissions, contract negotiations, and account management.
- Collaborate closely with the clinical support team to facilitate product evaluations and trials, ensuring seamless integration into hospital workflows.
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and regulatory changes, providing actionable insights to the marketing and product management teams.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline records, and customer data within the CRM system.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Medical Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A clinical background is a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years of successful medical device sales experience, specifically within the Endoscopy or Laparoscopy sector.
- Proven knowledge and hands-on experience with Endoscopy Towers, Laparoscopy Towers, and Endoscopy Accessories is mandatory.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas and developing key accounts in a competitive healthcare market.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver persuasive presentations and discuss complex clinical procedures.
- Strong negotiation, strategic planning, and territory management abilities.
- Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced medical sales environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Metro Manila and nearby provinces as needed.
