Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales of Transsion smartphone products through retail channels and direct customer engagement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners in the Karo region
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Execute promotional campaigns and product launches in assigned territory
- Monitor sales performance against targets and provide actionable insights
- Train retail staff on product features and sales techniques
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis for management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in consumer electronics or smartphone sales
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with retail partners
- Deep knowledge of smartphone technology and market dynamics
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English communication
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license for territory coverage
