JBW FloorCenter, Inc., a leading provider of premium floor solutions in the Philippines, is currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team in Taytay, Rizal. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, assisting walk-in clients and helping them find the perfect flooring solutions for their homes or businesses. You'll be responsible for explaining our diverse product range, demonstrating product features, and providing expert recommendations that align with customer needs and budgets. Your ability to build rapport, understand customer requirements, and offer tailored solutions will be key to your success.
As part of our team, you'll contribute to achieving monthly sales targets, maintaining showroom displays, and ensuring that every customer interaction reflects our commitment to quality and service excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist walk-in clients with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Present, promote, and explain the features and benefits of our flooring products to potential customers
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate flooring solutions that match their requirements and budget
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to overall branch revenue goals
- Maintain showroom displays, product samples, and inventory to ensure visual merchandising standards are met
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, quotes, and after-sales support as needed
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store cleanliness and operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar client-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers
- Strong sales acumen and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment
- Basic knowledge of home improvement products or flooring materials is an advantage
- Proficiency in using computers and point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Flexible to work on weekends, holidays, and rotating schedules
- High school diploma or equivalent; college graduate is preferred but not required
