Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales by actively promoting and selling fishery products to retail customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and offering product recommendations.
- Monitor and maintain accurate daily sales records and cash handling procedures.
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and stocked with products.
- Identify customer needs and suggest relevant products to maximize sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail sales or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Basic math skills and accuracy in handling cash transactions.
- Physically fit to work on your feet and move around the store.
