- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and proactive approach to enhance the shopping experience.
- Promote products by demonstrating expert knowledge of our souvenirs and gift items.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle various payment methods.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in regular stock replenishment and audits.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns with a professional and helpful attitude.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college level or degree holders are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Filipino/Cebuano.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a welcoming and positive personality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
- High level of integrity and accuracy in handling cash and sales reports.
- Physically fit to perform standing tasks and assist with inventory management.
