- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Manage inventory levels, including restocking shelves and organizing product displays
- Actively identify upselling opportunities to maximize revenue per customer interaction
- Monitor sales floor conditions and ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental sales targets
- Participate in inventory counts and report discrepancies to store management
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail sales or customer service roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with approachable demeanor
- Basic proficiency in POS systems and retail software
