Tanggung Jawab
- Handle daily invoicing and billing tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Process incoming payments and reconcile financial records on a weekly or monthly basis.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams regarding billing inquiries and account statuses.
- Maintain and update customer databases and records to ensure data integrity.
- Assist the finance department in preparing monthly reports and financial summaries.
- Support general administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, or related field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Basic computer literacy, particularly with MS Office applications such as Excel and Word.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required.
