- Provide exceptional customer service through product recommendations and styling consultations
- Manage sales transactions while maintaining accurate cash handling records
- Merchandise and maintain attractive product displays to maximize visual appeal
- Actively pursue sales targets through upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to store management
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
- Stay updated on product knowledge and current design trends
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent with 1+ years retail/sales experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Basic math proficiency for transaction processing and inventory tracking
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic retail software
- Visual merchandising experience preferred
- Positive attitude with solution-oriented approach
