Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve automotive wiring system targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with automotive OEMs and distributors
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities in the automotive sector
- Prepare and deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations
- Collaborate with engineering teams to provide customer-specific solutions
- Manage sales pipeline and forecast revenue using CRM systems
- Prepare detailed sales reports and performance metrics for leadership review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in automotive/manufacturing
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with technical aptitude
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Valid driver's license and willingness for regional travel
- Knowledge of automotive electrical systems is advantageous
