Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, assisting with product inquiries, and helping them find the perfect items.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system, handling cash, credit, and other payment methods.
- Actively promote products and special offers to achieve sales targets and enhance the customer's shopping experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including merchandising displays and stock replenishment.
- Assist in managing inventory, performing stock counts, and reporting any discrepancies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and courteously, escalating complex matters to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a positive working atmosphere.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, security, and loss prevention.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (1+ year) in a sales, customer service, or cashiering role, preferably within a retail setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Proficiency in operating POS systems and handling various payment methods.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude.
