SONAK is looking for a dynamic and service-oriented Sales Staff/Cashier to join our team at our prestigious Greenbelt 4 location in Makati City. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring that every customer receives a world-class shopping experience while maintaining the high operational standards of our store.

Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting patrons and providing expert product knowledge.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Proactively approach customers to drive sales and meet or exceed daily store targets.
- Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and stock organization.
- Perform inventory counts and assist in replenishment of display items.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and care.
- Collaborate with the store team to ensure operational workflows run smoothly throughout the day.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Diploma or Senior High School graduate; college level is an advantage.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or cashiering roles is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, including weekends and holidays.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with cash handling.
- Strong customer-service mindset with a proven ability to resolve conflicts.
