Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, providing exceptional service from the moment they enter the store.
- Assist customers in selecting the right gadgets and accessories by demonstrating product features and answering technical questions.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to meet individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain the visual appearance of the sales floor, including organizing products and restocking shelves.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and courteously.
- Collaborate with the store team to ensure a smooth and organized shopping experience.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; College graduates are preferred.
- Prior experience in retail sales, customer service, or the electronics industry is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on problem-solving.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile devices.
- Enthusiastic and friendly demeanor with a passion for technology.
