- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective product promotion
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance shopping experience and loyalty
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business referrals
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock discrepancies to management
- Execute visual merchandising standards to optimize product presentation
- Participate in promotional campaigns and store events

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year sales or retail experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic computer literacy and POS system knowledge
- Goal-oriented with proven sales track record
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia
