Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell medical devices to healthcare professionals and institutions
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts
- Collaborate with marketing to develop sales strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Healthcare-related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in medical device sales (ALKES)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Knowledge of Indonesian healthcare regulations
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
