Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct property viewings and tours to potential buyers, highlighting key features and benefits of the properties.
- Generate and nurture leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
- Advise clients on property market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities in Sidoarjo.
- Negotiate sales contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Manage client relationships effectively to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and process necessary documentation and paperwork for property transactions.
- Stay updated with new property listings and market developments to provide accurate information to clients.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in real estate or property development.
- Valid Driver's License (SIM A) and willingness to travel within the Sidoarjo area.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach and ability to work independently.
- Basic computer literacy and CRM management skills are a plus.
- Willingness to undergo training programs provided by the company.
