Tanggung Jawab
- Actively promote and sell Home Credit's payment products at designated partner outlets
- Provide detailed product information, benefits, and application processes to customers
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets through effective customer engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and store partners
- Conduct product demonstrations and handle customer inquiries professionally
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Report sales activities and customer feedback to the sales supervisor
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ years of sales or customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Proactive, customer-oriented mindset with positive attitude
- Basic computer literacy for reporting and data entry
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays as required
