In this pivotal role, you will oversee the performance of our distributors within your assigned territory, ensuring that sales targets are met and exceeded through strategic planning and effective leadership.

As the bridge between the company and our partners, you will foster strong relationships and optimize distribution channels to maximize market penetration. You will be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue. Conducting regular performance reviews, providing coaching, and resolving operational challenges will be daily tasks. Your ability to communicate effectively and lead by example will be key to your success. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee and manage the performance of distributors across the assigned territory in Lampung.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to develop strategies for achieving sales targets.
  • Conduct regular field visits and performance reviews with distributors to ensure compliance and growth.
  • Coordinate sales activities and promotions to drive product visibility and demand.
  • Train and mentor distributor staff to enhance their sales capabilities and product knowledge.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on territory performance to senior management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and retail partners.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the FMCG or food industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing distributor relationships.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market data and formulate effective business strategies.
  • Willingness to travel within the territory as required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
