Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily sales operations and team performance to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Implement and enforce company SOPs for sales processes and customer interactions
- Monitor sales metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize team performance
- Train, mentor, and develop sales staff to enhance product knowledge and selling techniques
- Collaborate with marketing to develop sales campaigns and promotional strategies
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
- Resolve customer escalations and ensure exceptional service standards
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years in sales management with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in retail/consumer goods
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop teams
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Deep understanding of Bali's retail market and consumer behavior
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
