Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate sales teams to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives
- Monitor team performance metrics and provide constructive feedback
- Train staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service
- Manage inventory and stock levels to meet customer demand
- Resolve customer escalations and ensure satisfaction
- Analyze sales data to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing to promote sales initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in automotive, retail, or related industries
- Proven track record in closing deals and meeting sales targets
- Previous team leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Relevant degree/diploma in business or marketing preferred
