Tanggung Jawab
- Manage counter sales operations and handle customer inquiries with professionalism.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of sales associates to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to ensure product availability.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and financial records.
- Train and mentor new staff members on sales techniques and company policies.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained at all times.
- Implement and execute promotional activities to drive foot traffic and sales.
- Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and compliance with safety procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- At least 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
- Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin and/or dialects), Bahasa Malaysia, and English.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong leadership, team-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic POS systems.
- Customer-focused with a positive, can-do attitude.
