Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing sales teams to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Implement sales strategies to maximize vehicle inventory turnover and customer acquisition
- Monitor team performance through KPI analysis and provide actionable coaching
- Coordinate with marketing department to execute promotional campaigns and events
- Resolve complex customer escalations and ensure exceptional service standards
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and forecasts for senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (3+ years experience accepted)
- Minimum 3 years automotive retail sales experience with 1+ years in leadership
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and team management
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and conflict resolution skills
- Deep understanding of automotive industry trends and customer preferences
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP) and sales analytics tools
- Excellent Bahasa Indonesia and English communication skills
