Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with business objectives
- Monitor team performance through KPI tracking and provide constructive feedback
- Conduct regular sales training sessions to enhance product knowledge and selling techniques
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing to create promotional campaigns and sales materials

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience with 1+ years in supervisory role
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
