Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, train, and motivate sales teams to exceed monthly and quarterly targets
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for consumer product lines
- Monitor KPIs including conversion rates, average transaction value, and customer retention
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify emerging market opportunities
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards across all touchpoints
- Coordinate inventory management to prevent stockouts and overstock situations
- Prepare detailed sales reports and performance dashboards for leadership review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in retail sales supervision
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in consumer products
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in sales reporting tools
- Excellent leadership abilities with team development experience
- Deep understanding of retail operations and customer behavior
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with effective English communication skills
