Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote new products and create consumer demand
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets
- Create accurate monthly sales projections for key accounts and analyze performance data
- Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and conduct training sessions
- Ensure optimal product visibility and availability in retail outlets
- Collaborate with marketing and supply chain departments on promotional campaigns

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of sales supervisory experience in retail/consumer products
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through team leadership
- Strong analytical skills for sales forecasting and trend interpretation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in sales management software and MS Office Suite
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Deep understanding of Aceh's retail market dynamics
