Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for alcohol products.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase market share and brand visibility within Bali's hospitality and retail sectors.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities, monitor competitor activities, and ensure optimal product placement.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts, including hotels, restaurants, bars, and distributors.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to provide insightful reports and adjust strategies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations pertaining to the sale and distribution of alcohol products.
- Manage inventory levels, sales forecasts, and promotional activities effectively.
- Provide training and ongoing coaching to the sales team on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role within the FMCG or alcohol distribution industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving market growth.
- Strong understanding of the Bali market, particularly the hospitality and retail sectors.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data, create strategic plans, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to travel extensively within Bali.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
