- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Develop comprehensive sales strategies for building materials in Banjarmasin region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, and distributors
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Conduct regular team training sessions on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics for management review
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns for building materials
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies to maintain market position
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Construction-related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in sales supervision within building materials/construction industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and team leadership
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong analytical abilities for market research and sales forecasting
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
