Nabati Group is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Supervisor to lead our sales operations in Cavite. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily sales activities, managing inventory, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional plans tailored to the Cavite market.
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate with logistics for inventory replenishment, and minimize shrinkage.
- Analyze sales data and performance reports to identify trends, customer preferences, and areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance team productivity.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and local regulations.
- Foster a positive and high-energy work environment that encourages teamwork and customer loyalty.
- Resolve complex customer complaints and escalations to maintain brand reputation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to analyze sales metrics and drive business growth.
- Familiarity with CRM software and point-of-sale systems.
- Valid Professional Driver’s License (PLD) and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to be based in Cavite, Calabarzon.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
