As a Sales Supervisor, you will serve as the bridge between our corporate strategy and on-ground execution. You will mentor your team to excel in client acquisition, manage inventory flow efficiently, and analyze market trends to keep our decorative paint products ahead of the competition. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve branch targets and revenue growth.
- Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team to maximize individual and team productivity.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics to ensure product availability for customers.
- Analyze sales data and market reports to identify trends and optimize sales approaches.
- Foster strong relationships with key retail partners and key accounts in the region.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and brand guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the paint, construction, or FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Tangerang area.
- Knowledge of the Indonesian consumer market is highly desirable.
