We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor Executive to join our team at Dapu Cell Indonesia. Based in the Banda Aceh region, this is a key leadership role where you will drive the sales strategy and lead a team of dedicated professionals. You will be responsible for overseeing the sales of our extensive range of mobile phone accessories and computer products, ensuring that we meet our aggressive targets while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
In this position, you will act as a mentor to your team, providing guidance, training, and support to help them achieve their individual and collective goals. You will analyze sales performance data, identify growth opportunities, and implement effective strategies to maximize revenue. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance and meet sales targets.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the mobile accessories and computer sector.
- Monitor daily sales activities, provide constructive feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
- Train team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain to ensure product availability.
- Prepare and analyze weekly/monthly sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Represent the company at local community events or trade shows to promote brand awareness.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a sales supervisory or leadership role in the retail or consumer electronics industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire a team.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using CRM or inventory management systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a positive attitude.
- Valid driving license is an advantage for regional mobility.
