Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage sales activities in the Food Service (HORECA) channel
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the hospitality sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Train and mentor junior sales team members
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop promotional activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food service or HORECA sector
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of the Indonesian food service market
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
- Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Proficiency in sales CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
