Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise daily store operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficient service delivery
- Motivate and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently maintained
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the stockroom team for timely replenishment
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, strategies, and performance feedback
- Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally and promptly
- Maintain visual merchandising standards aligned with brand guidelines
- Prepare sales reports and analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2-3 years supervisory or leadership experience in retail or customer service
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic Microsoft Office applications
- Fresh graduates with strong leadership potential may be considered
