Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve quarterly and annual targets
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for freight forwarding services in Semarang region
- Identify new business opportunities and expand client portfolio through market research
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Monitor team performance metrics and provide actionable feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales
- Proven track record in team leadership and sales target achievement
- Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
- Deep understanding of freight forwarding operations and documentation
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
