Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and motivate the retail sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for consumer products
- Monitor sales performance and analyze market trends in Jambi region
- Train and coach staff on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels for retail outlets
- Collaborate with marketing team on promotional campaigns
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve escalated issues
- Prepare sales reports and performance metrics for senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years in retail sales with 1+ years in supervisory role
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in retail management software and CRM systems
- Knowledge of consumer product market in Jambi region
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
