Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Assistants and Field Commercial Executives to achieve territory sales targets
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with regional market objectives
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable coaching to team members
- Monitor sales metrics and analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards in all sales activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and stakeholders
- Coordinate product training sessions to enhance team product knowledge and selling skills
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns in assigned territory
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of sales management experience in retail/consumer goods
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Knowledge of Quezon region market dynamics preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
