Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Develop and implement territory-specific sales strategies for textile products
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitive trends
- Oversee client relationships and negotiate key partnerships
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to optimize operations
- Coordinate with supply chain to ensure product availability
- Train sales staff on product knowledge and closing techniques
- Prepare regular sales reports and strategic recommendations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years sales experience with 1+ years in supervisory role
- Proven track record in textile/consumer goods sales
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Proficiency in sales analytics tools (CRM preferred)
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with basic English communication
- Deep understanding of Tasikmalaya regional market dynamics
