Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of medical device sales representatives to achieve quarterly and annual targets
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for medical equipment and devices in assigned territories
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare providers, hospitals, and clinics
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities
- Conduct product training sessions to enhance team's technical knowledge of medical devices
- Prepare detailed sales reports and performance metrics for senior management
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company sales policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of medical device sales experience with proven track record
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience in healthcare sales
- Strong understanding of medical device regulations and healthcare industry dynamics
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to analyze complex technical products and translate benefits to clinical stakeholders
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
