Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement territory-specific sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Conduct regular product presentations and educational sessions for healthcare professionals
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with key opinion leaders and medical institutions
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns
- Maintain accurate customer records and pipeline data in CRM systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Medicine, or related healthcare field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in medical sales or pharmaceutical industry
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in healthcare sector
- Strong network of contacts with doctors, clinics, and hospitals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Valid driver's license with own transportation
