In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our store, ensuring that every customer enjoys a world-class shopping experience while driving our sales objectives to new heights.
As a Sales Supervisor, you will not only manage daily branch operations but also serve as a mentor to our sales team. We are looking for a hands-on leader who is comfortable managing inventory, analyzing sales reports, and upholding the high visual merchandising standards that Payless is known for. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, motivate, and train store staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Oversee daily branch operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash management, and staff scheduling.
- Execute visual merchandising strategies and maintain store standards to ensure an inviting and organized shopping environment.
- Manage inventory levels, monitor stock rotation, and conduct regular cycle counts to minimize shrinkage.
- Analyze sales performance reports and provide actionable insights to management to drive store productivity.
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally to ensure brand loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and operational procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in a retail supervisory or team lead role, preferably in footwear or fashion retail.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle customer escalations effectively.
- Proficiency in retail management software and MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced retail environment.
