- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for assigned territory
- Oversee daily field operations including outlet development and merchandising standards
- Analyze sales performance data and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with supply chain to optimize distribution logistics
- Train staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years retail sales management experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Expertise in retail distribution and outlet management
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in CRM and sales reporting tools
