Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate sales teams to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Develop and execute retail outlet expansion strategies in designated territories
- Monitor distribution channels to ensure optimal product availability and inventory turnover
- Analyze sales performance data to identify growth opportunities and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate field operations including merchandising, promotions, and customer relationship management
- Train staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance standards
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and performance dashboards for leadership review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years in retail sales supervision or distribution management
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in consumer goods sector
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales and market data
- Excellent leadership abilities with team development experience
