- Lead, motivate, and manage sales teams to achieve/exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Develop and implement strategic outlet expansion plans in the Tangerang distribution area
- Optimize product distribution logistics to ensure timely delivery and availability
- Conduct field visits to monitor retail operations and resolve operational challenges
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Train and develop sales staff on product knowledge, selling techniques, and compliance
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to maintain optimal inventory levels
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and performance analysis for senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3+ years in sales management with retail distribution focus
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through team leadership
- Strong understanding of retail distribution networks and outlet management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in sales analytics and performance tracking tools
