Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targetsDevelop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market presence in San Fernando and surrounding areasConduct regular field visits to prospect new clients and maintain relationships with existing customersMonitor team performance metrics and provide actionable feedback for continuous improvementCoordinate sales training programs to enhance product knowledge and selling techniquesPrepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for senior management reviewCollaborate with marketing team to align sales initiatives with promotional campaignsEnsure compliance with company policies and industry regulations during all client interactions
Kualifikasi
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)Minimum 3 years of sales experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory roleProven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in retail or consumer financeStrong leadership skills with experience in team coaching and performance managementExceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency in CRM software and sales analytics toolsWillingness to conduct regular fieldwork across Pampanga regionValid driver's license with clean driving record
