Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate sales teams to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies for Sidoarjo, Pasuruan, Jombang, Mojokerto, and Madiun regions
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide actionable coaching to team members
- Coordinate product distribution logistics to ensure optimal customer availability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and clients
- Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and competitive insights
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and performance dashboards for leadership review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years sales management experience in retail/consumer products
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Knowledge of Jawa Timur regional market dynamics preferred
