Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Supervise and motivate sales associates to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain for timely replenishment.
- Provide coaching and training to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Implement visual merchandising standards to optimize store presentation.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of retail sales supervision experience.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
- Willing to work in Pasay City, Metro Manila.
