Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead and motivate a sales team to consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for tire products.
  • Identify and develop new market segments and customer accounts to expand the company's tire sales footprint.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Effectively promote and present the features and benefits of our diverse range of tire products to potential and existing clients.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and pricing agreements with customers to secure profitable deals.
  • Provide comprehensive technical support and product knowledge to customers and the sales team regarding tire specifications and applications.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably within the automotive or tire industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of tire products, market dynamics, and customer needs.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to develop new markets and build strong customer relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a target-driven environment.
