Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback to ensure continuous improvement
- Conduct regular sales meetings to communicate goals, updates, and address challenges
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in retail or consumer products
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus
- Knowledge of local market in Mamju and surrounding areas
