- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the woodworking and packaging market segments.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base through networking and strategic partnerships.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention rates and satisfaction.
- Analyze sales performance data, market trends, and competitor activities to forecast revenue and adjust strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the production and logistics departments to ensure timely delivery and order fulfillment.
- Conduct regular training sessions and coaching to enhance the team's product knowledge and selling techniques.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the woodworking, furniture, or packaging manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of leading and supervising sales teams effectively.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent knowledge of the Indonesian market and local business culture.
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office applications.
- Ability to travel within the Jakarta Raya area for client meetings and site visits.
